The Eagles
The Eagles, one of the most popular American rock bands, was formed in the early 1970s in Los Angeles, California. The band has produced six Number 1 albums and five Number 1 singles. Two of The Eagles’ albums “Their Greatest Hits 1971–1975” and “Hotel California” were among the ten best-selling albums at the end of 20th century. In fact, Hotel California, their best-selling studio album is rated as the thirty-seventh greatest album in the Rolling Stone magazine. After their breakup in 1980, The Eagles reunited for Hell Freezes Over, in 1994. The Eagles were introduced to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998.
